Hello, thank you for expressing interest in our company. We’d like to give you a brief overview of who we are and what we do. Quick Temps, Inc. was established in Grand Junction, Colorado by Nannette Lintott in 1994. Our company is successful due to the flexibility of being independently owned, the quality of service we provide to both clients and employees, and years of experience in the staffing industry. We specialize in industrial, skilled and general labor staffing as well as office staffing, bookkeeping and secretarial. Whatever type of position is requested, the staff here at Quick Temps, Inc. is devoted to filling that position with a quality employee.
Our billing rates are subject to change depending on worker’s compensation rates (injury probability), and/or negotiation of rates to stay competitive. Of course, we pay the employee, take care of workers compensation insurance, handle unemployment, and employers’ portion of payroll taxes. All you worry about is a bill in the mail and ensuring timecard accuracy. Employees are paid at the end of the week and clients are billed the following week.
If you are interested in finding a permanent employee, finder’s fees are negotiable. After an employee has worked 35 business days for you on our payroll, the employee is then eligible to be hired by you without a finder’s fee.
